Cordless telephones today come in a variety of formats, and the technology for these products continues to advance. Among the latest kinds of cordless phone systems is Japan's sophisticated Personal Handy Phone (PHP) system. Development of such products requires manufacturers to devise compatible test equipment. Ando Electric now offers the AH-5501 tester for digital cordless phones, a product that corresponds to the PHP system. It offers a number of benefits not possible with conventional testers for radio communications.
