摘要:
In order to study the dependence of the structural strength of phosphorite nodules on the contents of the principal components which influence the course of phase conversions during the nodulizing process, investigations were carried out with the aid of methods of mathematical design of experiments. When the 'almost stationary' region was reached, an orthogonal second-order design was adopted for studying the extremal region and obtaining a mathematical model of the process. It is shown that the mathematical model developed can be used for predicting the mechanical strength of phosphorite nodules of any composition within the factorial space under various conditions of heat treatment.
