A METHOD OF ANALYSIS BASED ON A NEW UNSTEADY CAVITY FLOW MODEL, WHICH CAN DULY TAKE THE UNSTEADY PART OF CAVITY AREA, CAVITY TERMINATION THICKNESS AND CAVITY PRESSURE, IS PRESENTED FOR SUPER-CAVITATING HYDROFOILS IN OSCILLATION. AND ALSO, EXPERIMENTS ARE PERFORMED FOR THE SUPER-CAVITATING FLAT PLATE IN PITCHING ABOUT MIDCHORD TO CONFIRM THE VALIDITIES OF THE PROPOSED CAVITY FLOW MODEL AND METHOD OF ANALYSIS.
