摘要
The efficacy of polydispersed aerosol deposition in immunosuppressed outbred mice and aerogenic challenge by influenza virus were studied in small dynamic chamber at temperature 20-22 degree of C and relative humidity 50-70%. Physical mark was radio-active isotope (46Sc). Titration on chicken embryos was used for determination of 50% aerogenic infectious and lethal doses of the virus. The resulting data were analyzed.
