Electrostatic discharges on dielectric materials surface under electron irradiation

摘要：
Amplitude and time distributions of electric discharge current pulses was studied. Discharge pulses appeared on surfaces of dielectric film and glass protective coatings of a solar cell as a result of 20-50 keV electron irradiation of 1 nA/cm2 current density in vacuum.
