New self-compacting concrete for precast elements

摘要：
A self-compacting concrete was developed for application to the special economic and technical constraints in precasting plants. The formulated mix design conformed to DIN 1045 with respect to the proportions of materials and reduced well-known disadvantages of previous self-compacting concrete mix formulations resulting from the increased ultrafines content. Intensive test program confirmed that the solid concrete properties are equivalent to those of a normal concrete of comparable strength.
