摘要
Advantages of complete realization of optic linear system with semiconductor optic amplifier were assessed. InGaAsP semiconductor crystal served as a basis of semiconductor optic amplifier (SOA). Amplified optic signal was introduced into in the crystal active part by one-mode optic fiber (OOF). Amplified signal output was also realized by OOF. Microfiches were arranged on the fiber ends by melting method to minimize voltage losses of optic signal because of input-output. Positive shift was applied on the crystal to develop inverted population. The presented results of the investigation permitted to consider application of SOA to be a new highly promising technology in communication equipment.
