摘要
A comparative characterization of the chemical composition of benzene and alcohol-benzene tars of naturally and biogenously oxidized oils (under the conditions of a model experiment) is carried out. An integrated investigation of oil tars by the method of thin-layer chromatography combined with IR spectra and data of elementary analysis has made it possible to establish that, as a result of microbiological oxidation, the tar content of oils increases and their qualitative composition changes. Naphthene acids with short lateral chains (n. w. 300-400), similar to acids newly formed under the conditions of the model experiment, have been found in naturally oxidized oil. The presence of these acids testifies to the biochemical oxidation of oils in natural pools.
