Within the framework of a hydrodynamic model, two problems of the propagation of plane nonsteady waves of considerable intensity ( DELTA rho / rho //0 to approximately 4 minus 6) in a bubbly liquid are numerically solved: 1) the problem of the interaction of short pulses, where an amplification effect is found to be significantly clearly expressed in the interaction of waves of the given intensity; 2) the problem of the interaction of a long-wave pulse with a bubble screen and its reflection from a solid wall, where it is established that the bubble screen has good damping properties with respect to a single-phase liquid.
