摘要:
The purpose of this work was to obtain from commercial KRS-5 crystals a material that is suitable for acousto-optical devices. A combination of annealing with a special mechanical treatment made it possible to obtain KRS-5 samples with an absorption of 0. 5 dB/ mu sec at a frequency of 100 MHz and an optical resolution of 1. 2. The parameters and a brief description of two versions of two-coordinate acousto-optic deflection cells, made from these crystals are given.
