摘要：
As an alternative to conventional methods of leak testing a new type of plants using mass spectrometers is introduced. These plants are designed for application in the industrial series production and give reproducible test results. These leak test systems can be used for nearly all components of the refrigerator industry. The possibility of automatic test piece handling as well as investment and operation costs are discussed.
