摘要
After its manufacture every rotor is balanced by insertion or withdrawal of masses as long as the amplitudes of vibrations of the axle-boxes do not drop below a predetermined limit. But for the simplest systems, we do not know the rate of balancing of the rotor. By making use of the relationship of response of dynamic systems and the limit state of serviceability of the machine supported by a structure, a way is to be found for the determination of an equivalent calculation excitation force producing in the structure the same affects as the actual forces. It is shown that this equivalent dynamic load may be found with sufficient accuracy, safety and economy. Under the assumption that the ratio of the deviations of motor bearing pins and the deviation of points of the structure is constant for a given structure for all the loading cases, the problem of setting up a probability load model may be avoided by choosing a simple loading pattern of distribution of the excitation vectors and by searching its response of predetermined or specified magnitude.
