摘要：

A method is proposed for determining the intensity of flow of points of crossing a given threshold by a random impulse process from the one-dimensional distribution of the latter. It is assumed that the process is formed by a flow of impulses of finite duration and random amplitude. Constraints are imposed on the form of the impulses. Examples of the calculations are given.
