Development of low-loss high frequency SAW filters

摘要：
A review was made on the main designing methods of low-loss SAW filters, and an introduction on the designing technique for adjusting the filter's bandwidth in transducer structure with image impedance connection was also given. The experimental results on two SAW filters all of 960MHz and low-loss but with different bandwidth (relative bandwidth of 1% and 2% respectively), show that their insertion loss are less than 5dB, and their out-of-band rejection are greater than 50dB.
