摘要:
This paper presents a stochastic model which can be used to optimize the yield of manufacturing lines. The calculation of the yield is based on the Monte-Carlo-method. The major idea is the reduction of the stochastic problem to a nonlinear optimization problem. After the chapter 'mathematical model' we would like to give an insight of the corresponding program ASTMOPF. The application of ASTMOPF is illustrated by an example.
