摘要
Results concerning preparation of nanocrystalline Fe90M7B3 (M = Nb, Zr, Hf) powders by high-energy ball milling of elemental powders and their structural and magnetic properties are presented. The X-ray diffraction patterns show that the Fe90M7B3 (M = Nb, Zr, Hf) powders obtained after 250 h of milling are nanocrystalline, with the final crystallite size between 8 and 14 nm. An improvement in the magnetic properties of the mechanically alloyed powders can be noticed by controlled heat treatments. A comparison between the magnetic properties of the Fe90M7B3 (M = Nb, Zr, Hf) and Fe73.5Cu1Nb3B9Si13.5 (FINEMET) mechanically alloyed powders is also reported.
