摘要
In the reported work, a method of investigating the killing of micro-organisms, especially spores, on solid surfaces has been developed. It consists of applying droplets of a suspension to aluminum foil, drying them and exposing them to a stream of gas at a certain temperature and gas velocity. Killing with hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid solutions with and without additional heat treatment was also studied. The logarithmic law of surviving germs, generally valid for killing in suspension, can also be used for killing on solid surfaces. The bactericidal action of peracetic acid is much greater than that of hydrogen peroxide.
