摘要
Ion implantation and ion-beam mixing processes were investigated as applied to alloys T15K6 and T5K10 intended for turning steels 45 and 34KhN1M under heavy cutting conditions. The wear resistance of non-sharpenable cutting blades was tested. The results obtained are given in this paper. Wear dependences of the blade's rear surface on turning time were obtained for the following types: blades doped with nitrogen, boron or indium ions; those comprising layers formed by ion-beam mixing of aluminum with nitrogen and oxygen; those of titanium with boron and nitrogen.
