摘要
The objective of this study is to compare the stability and transient response characteristics of two digital feedback control schemes: linear feedback control and signum control in which the control signal at each computational cycle is proportional to the algebraic sign of the error. The design implications for microcomputer process control are interpreted in the framework of classical control engineering.
