摘要
The basic properties of the source-coupled FET logic (SCFL) are described in terms of dc characteristics, speed, power performance, and other inherent features. Simulation results are compared to those for the direct-coupled FET logic, demonstrating that the SCFL has wide allowable threshold voltage range, excellent fanout capability, small input capacitance, high input sensitivity, and versatility in application.
