摘要
An experimental and theoretical investigation of boiling heat transfer on a porous surface makes it possible to conclude that the complexity of the coating structure raises questions about the simplifications used in computational models. Consequently the analytical approach permits only a qualitative idea of the effect of individual parameters on the heat transfer. It is proposed to use the time τ, in which so much liquid is absorbed by the porous coating, as the integral characteristic of its thermal properties.
