摘要：

The paper described the most important development stages of work on manufacturing methods of semiconductor radiation sources of A**I**I**I B**V group compositions. It covers epitaxial layers p-n junctions and contacts producing processes as well as the accompanying processes utilized both in industrial production of LEDs and LCDs and in development works on new optoelectronic devices.
