New efficient lubricants for producing the cold-rolled sheets

Under modern market conditions, it is necessary to improve quality of surface of cold-rolled sheets and to reduce their cost. This can be provided by means of utilization of efficient process lubricants. Components providing the high purity of surface of cold-rolled sheets are absent in traditional lubricants. In connection with this, production of 'Minimax-102' lubricants has been organized. The rolling emulsions on basis of the 'Minimax-102' lubricant have been created. Physical and chemical characteristics of the emulsions have been presented. Anticorrosion, antioxidizing, and other additives have been used in the emulsions. High-quality sheets are produced.
