摘要：

The effect of the volume fraction of gamma phase on texture development has been investigated in several extra low carbon sheet steels which were intercritically annealed in the alpha plus gamma dual phase region. The results are explained by a new theory on the formation mechanism of the alpha yields gamma yields alpha transformation texture proposed by the authors.
