摘要
The 3D super-resolution imaging characteristics of Confocal Scanning Optical Microscopy system is discussed. The CSOM system with the excellent 3D super-resolution characteristics is proved through experiments. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the CSOM system can offer high resolution 2D tomographic image and reconstruct 3D image.
