Optimization Method of a Commutable Winding Structure of Multi-speed Induction Motors.

For a strictly defined winding structure the mmf spatial distribution on the armature circuit has been computed. Using a motor model consisting of a number of harmonic motors coupled by one shaft, the mechanical characteristic has been computed with regard to the spectrum of harmonic mmf's. The method can be applied to compute motion parameters of multi-speed motors with different commutable windings.
