摘要
Coal is the most important primary energy source in the People's Republic of China. Its use together with strong economic growth is resulting in an increasing burden on the environment. Using the example of flue-gas desulfurization, this article is intended to illustrate the measures (legislation, installed systems) being implemented to counteract this development in China.
