摘要：
The microstrip ring resonator is analyzed using the spectral domain technique under quasi-static approximation. Accurate computation of the capacitance of the structure is made using higher order basis functions. The end effects associated with the inner and outer edges of the ring due to fringing of fields are quantitatively assessed in terms of the effective width.
