摘要：

A method of determination of the optimum twist of the blades of an axial compressor stage is presented. The purpose of the method is to obtain maximum efficiency on the basis of generalized data on the losses in plane cascades. A numerical method of calculation is proposed, based on a method of optimal programming. Its essence is coordinate-wise motion in the phase space in the direction of the increase of efficiency. A block diagram of the algorithm is given.
