New series of operational amplifiers implementing the combination of bipolar and m. o. s. technologies (BiMOS) is presented. Extremely high input impedance, very low input current, and low input offset parameters are some of the key characteristics of these devices. Typical applications of these amplifiers in unity-gain amplifier, inverting amplifier and input-offset voltage null circuits are discussed.
