A novel method is presented to control the light scattering properties in PVA/LC composite film by deforming the LC droplet shape. Droplet shape and light scattering property can be controlled by the composition of the WM-moisture. The light is scattered at wide angles in the composite film formed from the high concentration of methanol in the WM-mixture.
