摘要：
This paper presents a model for investigation of the turbulent flow near a smooth wall. The results are obtained by a correlation between two methods: a semiempirical one for the determination of the mean general velocity profile and a method which proceeds from the constitutive equations theory, and computes the stress for the same kind of motion.
