摘要：

This study deals with the phenomena of static charge generation due to the flow of oil on an insulating paper. So, after recalling the theoretical results on the phenomena of charge generation in dielectric liquids, a description of the experimental equipment built for this study is presented and then the different results obtained are analysed.
