摘要：
The Westphalia power station has at present an installed capacity of about 670 MW based on hard coal. In addition, two nuclear power plants with a capacity fo 300 MW and 1300 MW respectively, are now being erected on the power station site. The spaciousness of the site, the favorable infrastructure, and the possibility of a supply of cooling and feedwater from the Lippe River and/or from the canal permit further development of the power station site with coal-fired or nuclear power plants.
