The arguments of the paper of F. Gugumus - 'Critical Stabilizer Concentrations in Oxidizing Polymer', [9] where the inability of the author to find critical antioxidant concentrations is used as evidence of absence of the phenomenon - are discussed. It is shown that in the conditions of these experiments, critical phenomena do not take place.
