摘要
A thermal conductivity probe smaller than available probe was developed for use with small food samples. The primary sources of error were investigated. A thermal conductivity measurement with the probe requires 2 min. Accuracy of the probe at temperature above freezing was estimated to be plus or minus 5 percent.
