摘要：

A classroom managerial system has been designed to achieve the goal of functioning successfully for a hierarchy of user skills and needs. For the design of the system, a formalized query language was used to enhance casual user effectiveness while a relational data base structure provided the capability for more advanced query structures. In an operational test, the system functioned for a self-paced mathematics course at San Diego State University with favorable initial reactions.
