It is shown that the best temperature-sensing element for an active thermostat is a semiconductor thermistor, and it is advisable to use a d-c amplifier without conversion as the amplifier. The temperature instability does not exceed 1 multiplied by 10** minus **3 degree C per hour and 1 multiplied by 10** minus **4 degree C per minute in the thermostat that has been built.
