摘要
This paper describes features and some newly developed software techniques for STOC-21 system control and administration software system. Both the wait/post method and executing flag method are adopted for call processing control. Picture signals are doubly stored to improve system reliability, and a new flow control method based on facsimile storage system features is developed. System testing and traffic congestion control are automated. A new diagnostic test method suitable for the picture signal storage system is developed.
