General remarks related to the production of textile webs coated with thick layer of rubber, such as conveyor belts are followed by a detailed description of a production line consisting of an extruder, a head and calender. Details of the system are given and technological recommendations are suggested. The production line includes cooling (water, air, or contact cooling), winding and storage of finished product.
