In order to achieve data transmission at speeds of 24000 and 48000 bits/sec, a set of high-speed data-transmission apparatus is under development for use in equipment: a high-speed signal conversion system and high-speed error control equipment. Their main specifications and structural diagrams are presented. Design data are given.
