摘要：
Characteristics of PtMnSb films produced on both room-temperature and heated substrates are reported. The PtMnSb films made on room-temperature substrates had a maximum Kerr rotation angle ( theta //K) of 0. 41 degree , but the theta //K of films made on heated substrates reached 1. 18 degree at (T//s//u//b) equals 400 degree C. Films produced at T//s//u//b equals 400 degree C had a columnar structure with a large perpendicular magnetization component, while those made at T//s//u//b equals 200 degree C had only an in-plane magnetization component.
