摘要
The process is dedicated to the production of elements for pipelines, body components and special units made of structural steels and alloys by plastic deformation of sheet and tube billets. The process offers higher plasticity of a material to be deformed without its heating. Moreover, workpieces can be made with minimum passages due to higher plastic deformation (hundreds of percent) per a pass. The utilization factor is equal to 0.9 - 0.95. The labour intensity is far less than that of machining, casting, welding. Better physical, mechanical and service characteristics are noted.
