摘要
Various mathematical models are considered for the nonsteady-state heat exchange between underground pipelines and the surrounding medium during pipeline operation. Numerical and analytic methods for calculating heat losses of underground pipelines are compared for nonstationary conditions; the possible limits of applicability are estimated for formulas given by various authors to be employed in the design and operation of pipelines.
