摘要：

The formation of the condensed phase in turbulent flows expanding in a two-phase region is considered within the framework of the vortex turbulence model. Through application of the information-enthropy principle of the extremum, the vortex distribution density with respect to parameters as well as the qualitative dependence of the characteristic of the condensate formed on the turbulence parameters is obtained.
