摘要
A model for ELF/VLF noise is developed and its statistical properties are described. The model consists of the linear combination of a low-density shot noise and white Gaussian noise. Locally optimum receiver structures for baseband and narrowband impulsive noise are derived and their dependence upon the noise model parameters is analyzed.
