摘要：

With the development of far-IR heating technology and the requirements of the electrification for cooking machines, IR heating appliances have been widely used in cooking. The characteristics, functions, and specifications of far-IR roast chicken oven, far-IR oil-fried oven and far-IR cooking appliance were introduced in this paper.
