A soil moisture model presented which estimates the soil moisture on a daily basis was developed taking hydrological phenomena in consideration for clay soil growing a sorghum crop. The model takes care of daily weather parameters; namely, maximum and minimum temperatures, wind velocity, percent sunshine, relative humidity, terrestrial radiation and precipitation.
