摘要
The system was constructed to be capable of processing an estimated power consumption of 6 MW after completion of the facilities. The present power consumption is about 2 MW. The system consists of three parts: the ring cyclotron and a part of beam transport line, various experimental apparatus and the AVF cyclotron, and an evacuation system. In the former two, deionized city water is used as primary coolant and a combination of a heat exchanger and a cooling tower is employed. In the latter undeionized city water is circulated in a cooling tower. The temperature of the coolant after cooling a device is planned not to exceed 50°C. The design value of the coolant pressure is set below 10 kg/cm2. The status of the system is displayed on a control console through a computer system.
