摘要：
The introduction of a neutral-point reactor is an effective and inexpensive means of providing single-pole reclosing on long EHV Lines. This article describes such a neutral-point reactor delivered by ASEA to Rumania together with a 100 Mvar, 400 kV shunt reactor. The theoretical background is presented in an appendix.
